Roger Rezende
Partner
Roger, brings over 20 years of financial end M&A expertise to Fern Creek. Roger found his passion for helping business transact while working as an executive for Private Equity firms and Corporate buyers. Roger has an Entrepreneurial spirit, with tenacity, and extensive experience building meaningful and successful business expansion opportunities. Prior to Fern-Creek, Mr. Rezende served as C-level Executive, and Director to companies such as, Envirowaste, (A Trivest Portfolio Company) Stericycle, Gold Leaf Capital Finance, and Dixon Ticonderoga. and is a hands-on strategic and versatile business executive with broad experience in M&A, Finance, Operations, HR, IT Business Development and customer relations. Mr. Rezende has worked in such diverse industries as media, construction, manufacturing & distribution and healthcare. Mr. Rezende holds a B.A. in Economics from Rollins College, a MBA in Strategic Management from Stetson University, as well as a Six Sigma Certification from the Juran Institute. Roger is a licensed Underground Utility Contractor (CUC) as well as a Building Contractor (CBC) in the state of FL In his carrier Mr. Rezende has being directly involved in: • Four strategic corporate revitalization projects generating over $80 million in shareholders’ equity. • 27 Successful Acquisitions in five countries. • Deploying over $400 million in capital while managing a pipeline of approximately 3,000 targets. • Mr. Rezende was instrumental to help elevated company valuations by 300+ % multiple times • Enlisted by multi-billion dollar multinational as Head of M&A. • Enlisted as change-agent, by $3 billion dollar PE as platform CFO and CBDO. Roger’s passion and focus is on M&A and he has worked for some of the most reputable corporate acquisitions team in the country. His operational and relational passion has earned him a place of respect as a fair and honest deal maker. When not Working Roger Spends time with his beautiful wife and three kids. They enjoy traveling, visiting national parks, golfing and shooting. |

Meet Chris, a seasoned entrepreneur and third-generation Orlando native with over 20 years of experience building and operating businesses. His impressive career has spanned multiple industries, including construction, specialty contracting, fitness, trade services, SAAS, and hospitality. Throughout his professional journey, Chris has taken on leadership roles and demonstrated a keen focus on the operational side of business. He has successfully built and managed two construction companies from scratch, leveraging his state-certified building contractor's license (CBC) to deliver exceptional results for his clients. In addition to his construction expertise, Chris has also applied his skill set to a range of unique ventures. He founded and sold a thriving CrossFit company, providing fitness enthusiasts with top-quality training and coaching. He has also provided operational improvement consulting services, helping businesses across industries identify inefficiencies and optimize their processes for better performance. More recently, Chris founded an online transportation logistics company, leveraging his expertise in the trade services industry to connect shippers and carriers more efficiently. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. You can often find him on the lake, fishing or boating, or cheering on his kids at the soccer field. With his extensive experience and diverse skill set, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team at the private equity investment firm. Keith Joined Wise tree in 2013. Throughout his career Keith has assisted both US and foreign companies in mergers and acquisitions on corporate tax related matters and key foreign regulatory compliance, including, but not limited to GAAT, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and ICSG. Keith holds an BA from Dickinson College and J.D. from the American university Washington College of law. |
